He also possesses 3D modeling expertise in both SketchUp and Revit.

• Collaborating with renowned architecture firms on diverse projects, encompassing custom homes, restaurants, commercial retail spaces, hotels, and assisted living facilities.

• Mastering the entire design process, from conceptualization to construction administration, ensuring the seamless realization of architectural visions.

• Serving as the linchpin for office operations, from setting up new projects to managing project archives. He has also excelled in roles involving systems of operations management and maintaining graphic standards. His understanding of general office equipment is comprehensive.

• Expertly drafting and coordinating with various disciplines, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Structural Engineering, as well as civil, landscaping, and interior designers, to bring projects to successful completion.

• Applying his in-depth knowledge of building codes, covering multiple cities and states, including Florida and International Building Codes, to ensure full compliance.

• Facilitating meetings and maintaining strong coordination with clients and contractors to keep projects on track and deliver outstanding results.

• Conducting on-site documentation, which plays a crucial role in project success.

• Meticulously reviewing Shop Drawings and responding to Requests for Information (RFIs).
