The Residences at Margaritaville represent an extraordinary architectural venture, brought to life through the collaborative efforts of architects David Portwood, Sean Palmer, Chris Eldridge, and their dedicated team. This ambitious project comprises 345 luxury 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom traditional condos, each a testament to modern living.

The architectural vision unfolds across five buildings, ranging from six to seven stories, thoughtfully designed to harmonize with the surroundings while maximizing space and comfort. Elevated amenities form the heart of this community, offering residents an array of options to enhance their daily lives. A well-equipped fitness center ensures health and wellness, while a dedicated dog spa caters to four-legged residents, providing pampering and care. A bicycle garage and workshop encourage an active lifestyle, reflecting the team's commitment to holistic living.

For families, a playground and outdoor game feature create an ideal setting for leisure and recreation. The highlight, perhaps, is the four-court pickleball center, a space that fosters friendly competition and camaraderie among residents. In the primary building, a club and game lounge overlooks the inviting club pool, offering a serene and sociable retreat for relaxation and entertainment.

With construction underway and an estimated completion date set for Fall 2024, The Residences at Margaritaville epitomizes architectural excellence, blending modern luxury with thoughtful design. This project promises not only to redefine the concept of residential living but also to create a thriving community where residents can truly embrace the Margaritaville lifestyle.
