Lion Star, Everest Place, and Paramount have joined forces to bring the highly anticipated Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando to life in Kissimmee, Florida. Set to open in 2026, this dynamic resort will be part of the Everest Place development, expertly operated by Lion Star Hospitality Inc., the exclusive U.S. licensee for Karisma Hotels & Resorts, offering families an unparalleled vacation experience.





Boasting over 400 hotel rooms and condo units combined, Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando will feature uniquely themed accommodations inspired by Nickelodeon’s iconic characters, including suites dedicated to beloved franchises like SpongeBob SquarePants, PAW Patrol, Dora, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Combining luxury with Nickelodeon's signature fun, this resort promises to deliver both relaxation and entertainment for guests of all ages. The resort’s highlights include Aqua Nick water park, character meet-and-greets, retail shops, and themed dining experiences like Le Spatula and Mikey’s Pizzeria.
