Meet David Loh, a seasoned professional with an impressive career spanning over 45 years, dedicated to the operation of state and county safety/security agencies. David's extensive experience has been marked by his exceptional management, technical, and supervision expertise.

Throughout his career, David has been instrumental in various high-profile projects and initiatives, including some of Fllorid's iconic destinations.

David's commitment to safety and security is exemplified by his roles in leadership and operations. Notably, he is the Principle Operations Manager and founder of Incident Ready, LLC, a venture he started in 2018. In this capacity, he develops training objectives and utilizes state-of-the-art simulations to facilitate training events for first responders. His efforts assist these professionals in honing their analytical skills across various disciplines and levels.

David's significant contributions also extend to his tenure as the Special Hazards Branch Coordinator at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety & Security, Department of Fire Services, where he served from 2008 to 2015. In this role, he optimized the operations of the branch by directing and supervising instructors for several high-visibility training programs. He was also involved in the development of the Ethanol Awareness and Preparedness Training Grant.

Additionally, David's career includes serving as a Firefighter, Lieutenant, Captain, and Paramedic at the Broward Sheriff’s Office, Department of Fire Rescue and Emergency Services in Florida from 1982 to 2005. In this capacity, he was accountable for a broad range of operations, overseeing 5000 public safety professionals, including 600 Fire Rescue Department members.

David's dedication to safety and emergency response began early in his career as an Emergency Medical Technician with the City of Boston's Emergency Medical Services from 1977 to 1981.
